BoomTube Private Limited is a software company. We build and license products for India's informal and semi-formal commerce — markets that are enormous, chronically underserved, and rarely designed for on purpose. We write the software those businesses run on; we do not run the businesses. BoboQ, our first venture, is already in development. It won't be the last.

BoomTube starts on the other side: street vendors, informal markets, and the millions of small, cash-first businesses that keep the country running without ever being the customer software companies design for.
Each BoomTube venture is built to stand on its own — its own product, its own users, its own reason to exist — rather than as a feature bolted onto one big app. BoboQ is the first. We're building with the same intent behind whatever comes after it.
What stays constant across them is what we actually make: software, licensed to the businesses that use it. A queue is a queue whether the counter sells chaat or cuts hair, so the engine underneath BoboQ is not built around food — food is simply the first market we took it to. The vendors on it keep their own trade, their own customers and their own takings. We are the layer they run on.
That is not only how we describe ourselves. BoomTube Private Limited is incorporated under activity code 62010 — computer programming activities, which is the middle five digits of the CIN in the footer and can be checked against the MCA register. It is a software company on the paperwork for the same reason it is one in practice.
We don't announce a venture before it's real enough to use.
Walk up to any busy street food stall in India and you'll find the same scene: a crowd with no order, no time estimate, and a vendor caught between cooking and crowd control. BoboQ starts there — not by replacing the vendor, but by giving the queue a number everyone can trust.
A QR at the counter drops anyone into one fair, ordered line — app or not. No install required to hold a spot.
The stall is the vendor's. What is ours is the queue engine underneath it — positions, wait estimates, order handling — and it is not written around food. Any counter where people wait their turn is the same problem, which is why 002 and 003 on the ledger are left open rather than pointed at another kind of stall.
